The people of God must fulfill a big word IF. If we are to be the people of God we must be humble. We must pray. We must seek the face of God. We must turn from our wicked ways. When we do we will hear from heaven. Our personal Pentecost is hearing from heaven. The people of God are to be filled the Spirit.

Relationship Drift
Often times in community the presence of conflict is not the problem. The problem is how we handle the conflict. By resolving conflict within the guidelines of Ephesians chapter 4, we will see the choices we make in the face of conflict can work to build community. We will learn how to experience a revolution in community.

Shared Life
In Greek, the word for community is koinonia—what’s been called fellowship for most of recent church history. Typically, “fellowship” is Christianese for have fun with other believers. Bowling, eating, watching the Super Bowl, standing around with coffee after church—it’s all fellowship as long as you’re with “Christians” and there is food involved. Since there wasn’t bowling or football in the ancient church, koinonia must mean something else. We will discover the revolutionary way of following Jesus – the shared life.

Lose Your Seat
When a person decides to follow Christ it means modeling the same humility and lack of selfishness that Jesus demonstrated. Needless to say, this is not an easy task. Pride and insecurity seek to choke out our desire to be humble servants of God. Yet God promises that when we humble ourselves in His sight, He will lift us up. This message is an attempt to help us navigate what John the Baptist meant when he said, "He must increase; I must decrease."
