Sermons About Kindness
Titus 3:1-8
This sermon calls on Christians to love all people, especially those outside the faith, and not look down upon them, realizing that their former life was no different and the only thing that changed them was the kindness and grace of God. This is not merely about the life the non-Christian world will see in a believer, but the life they will experience in the believer.

Welcome to the Table
David shows kindness to Jonathan’s son, Mephibosheth, by searching him out, blessing him with Saul’s inheritance, and including him in the royal family. A wonderful story about how God’s grace in the gospel takes initiative to love us, bless us even when we don’t deserve it and can’t repay it, and then adopt us into God’s family.

Being His Hands Extended
Greatness in the kingdom is reveled in small acts of kindness. Watch out that we as a part of the church do not get a holier than thou attitude. God's followers are not identified by by what they say but what they do. God blesses us so we can bless others.

Fruit of the Spirit 6 – Kindness and Goodness
In this sermon, we look at the 5th and 6th fruits listed in Galatians 5:22 & 23. At first glance, these words seem to say the same thing, but on further study, we see that they are different aspects of love. Simply put, kindness is kind of like the love of a grandmother, just kind and not wanting to hurt anyone, willing to overlook things. Goodness, on the other hand, is like the love of a parent, especially of a loving father, that will confront and discipline their children when they need it. Goodness does the right thing regardless of the consequences. It’s interesting to note that both of these are listed as fruit that we are supposed to have operating in our lives. We have to know when and in what circumstance each is needed. We can trust the Holy Ghost to help us.
