No Free Lunch
Ever since Burger King told us to “have it your way,” we have insisted on doing just that. We want to have things our way, preferably without guilt, shame, hassle, or consequence. The problem is, that is precisely what Jesus says we can't have. Indeed, to follow Jesus is to deny one's self. There is a reason this is true and it's not that God wants to deny us any good thing.
