When Leaders Fall
From the greatest to the least of leaders, we are all tempted. When we fall, it will be because we have been led astray by our OWN lusts. We must OWN it. If the fallen leader happens to be you or I, we can each relate to the fact that "bouncing back" comes also with the responsibility of teaching those who may be struggling with sin or who have been overtaken by a fault what their personal responsibility is to those who have been following or watching them.

Jesus Christ, Great Shepherd
Our desire is that every member advances in their journey as a Biblical servant leader by realizing and fulfilling God’s calling in their life in the church and community. This will only happen as grasp what the Bible has to say about the nature and scope of the of servant leaders within the church. Over the next four weeks, we will examine the leadership structure that is outlined in the New Testament for the church and how that works itself out here at Harvest Pointe. Ultimately, our hope is for everyone to realize that they are called by God, from the moment of salvation, to play their part in our combined efforts to fulfill the Great Commission and Great Commandment as a church.
