Sermons About Leaders
Blessed is the Nation...
In this week's message, we reflect on the values upon which the country of Canada was founded. And in light of current events in our country, we would do good to pause and think about how it is that we have strayed so far from our biblical foundations as a nation. But beyond the usual discussion about the issues facing our culture, may we be reminded of our primary responsibility as Christians: the call to fervent prayer. Key Passages: Psalm 72:8, Psalm 144:15, Psalm 33, and Isaiah 1-6

The Coup De Ta of Korah
In the book of Numbers the Israelites, following Moses, are on their way to the promised land of Canaan. In this story Korah and some 250 chief priests challenge the authority and leadership of Moses and Aaron. In the end God opens up the ground and swallows up Korah and his followers. In this message we'll learn the importance of submitting to God's leaders in: The Church, The Government, and the Family.

In four to eight years, we will feel about our new leaders the way we feel about our old leaders. It is a call that rings true in the church and the world.
