My Broken Schedule
Lent is the dark, grungy, penitential road to the cross, a season in which to ponder our brokenness. In this series, “My Broken,” we use the 40 days of Lent to openly and honestly set forth all of our many broken things: broken bodies, broken relationships, broken self-esteem . . . In pondering our own brokenness, we are able to ask, “What can God do with my brokenness?” And then with clarity we begin to see the broken, twisted path of Jesus that led to a hill outside the city where an execution occurred. Where he bore the brokenness of an entire humanity. Today, we focus on “My Broken Schedule.”
