Who Cares
God is there to care for His children even when it seems you are all alone and no one else is concerned.
Lonely Places
God did not create us to be lonely. We have an intrinsic need for relationships. When Jesus healed the leper, He did more than cure a disease. He took the leper from a life of loneliness and isolation, into a life of relationships and community. Jesus stands in that thin place where the veil between Heaven and earth are lifted. He stands there, ready to heal our loneliness.
Habits of the Mind
When we think of habits, we think of visible habits such as drug or alcohol addiction or compulsive behaviors of some sort. Rarely do we refer to habits of the mind. But being the center of recollection that it is (among other things), could it be that this is where we must focus our attention?
Whose birthday is it, anyway?
Listen as Pastor Tal talks about the importance of focusing our efforts at Christmas around celebrating the one whose birthday it truly is, Jesus.
