Kingdomized Living, Part 2: Loving People, Loving Christ
In this last section of Luke 9 we encounter 3 instructions about loving people, and 3 warnings regarding following Christ. Kingdomized Living, Part 1: Loving People
It is clear that, for the disciples, "listening to Jesus" will mean re-evaluating the basic elements of their worldview. What does it mean to follow Jesus, and live "kingdom" lives? Following After Jesus
Having seen firsthand that Jesus was a miracle worker, the disciples now affirm that He is "the Christ of God." But, just what will it mean to follow this One? In contrast to the popular view of Messiah and His mission, Jesus declares that His mission will mean His death, and that those who follow Him must willingly have their lives shaped by the cross.
