Where’s the deal in today’s marketplace? It is not what a person does that determines whether his work is secular, but why he does it. –A.W. Tozer 1. Christ followers model a servant’s heart in their work. Serving is the art and act of focusing on someone else’s interest instead of our own. 3. Christ followers display integrity (character) in their work. Character is the sum of my behaviors, public and private that define my entire life. 4. Christ followers should deliver skill in their work. Skill is understanding something completely and transforming that knowledge into creations of wonder and excellence.
