The Benefits of the Spirit
The Holy Spirit is not just a doctrine, He is a person that lives within us. The Scriptures tell us some very specific benefits that are ours due to the Spirit's indwelling. Therefore, it should be normal for every surrendered Christian to see miraculous manifestations of the work of Spirit in us and through us.

Do You Believe in (Recent) Miracles?
Against all odds, the Jews were granted a building permit to rebuild the Temple. Our church recently had building permit issues which were resolved. Same thing?

Faith Is Worth It
No one denies it—we live in a world where bad things happen. This has caused more than a few to reject faith. Yet, the Bible does not portray the faith life as trouble free. Far from it. Virtually all Bible characters were beset by trials. Yet, in spite of it all, they considered faith their greatest asset. That is true of most who have ever lived lives of faith. If you have never tried faith, you should. Its better than any alternative. Gen 14, 21; 1Sam 17; 2Sam 11-15; Acts 9; Acts 19:11-12; Acts 20:7-12; 2Cor 11:23ff; Jn 16:33; Psalm 23, 62; Php 3:5-14

Being Naturally Supernatural
To play off a quote of Mark Twain, the report of the death of signs and wonders has been greatly exaggerated. We are natural beings living in a natural world with a supernatural mission. That mission is to reach into the world of darkness and by the power of the Lord Almighty bring out those lost souls and make disciples of Jesus Christ of them. How can this be accomplished without the help of a supernatural God? This is a balanced, truthful message about operating in a realm in which God shows his power and might on our and others behalf.

An Invitation To Miracles
Jeremiah lived in tough times. His people had been taken captive. His message was totally rejected. He was incarcerated in the court of the prison at Jerusalem. Still Encouragement for God’s servant. A good word for the weeping prophet. Having reminded His beleaguered prophet of His mighty presence in V.2, God invites him to a life of miracles He invites Jeremiah to call on Him and He would answer. Moreover, in so doing, He would show him great and mighty things which he heretofore did not understand. FRIENDS – Although this promise was made to Jeremiah in his time of distress, the promise remains for God’s people to this day. In Christ, we can call upon God and He will answer and show us miraculous things, including things which we have not before understood. • At hand is one of the greatest promises in God’s Word to His people through the ages. IT IS PRAYER THAT BRINGS MIRACLES INTO OUR LIVES!

The Math of the Universe
The Math of the Universe Math is useful because it makes concepts concrete and predictable. There are some things that are virtual mathematical certainties—you will die and earth as we know it will perish. What comes then? Can we even know? One things for certain—whether we know or not we all must place a bet. Key verses: Heb 9:27; Isa 51:6ff, 2Pet 3:10ff, 2Kings 7, 2Kings 18-19

Divine Busker
Christians are people of miracles - but how do we understand miracles of nature in this modern age of science, when all things can be explained and quantified, almost everything can be duplicated, and even our children expect special effects, not just at the movies, but in our sanctuaries during Vacation Bible School?
