Does a woman have to work at home? Does this mean she cannot have her own career? What is the norm in our churches and where did it come from?
Today is the day we celebrate motherhood. Since 1914, Mother’s Day has been a recognized day for the celebration of motherhood. For many, it is a reminder of good times, the kindness and tenderness of their mother, a household filled with love and joy. For others, it is a sad time because of infertility, wayward children, or the loss of their own mother. It is truly a day of mixed emotions for many. Yet there is a new generation of mothers that are being raised up right now. They are being taught what it means to be a mother. But what are they learning? Are they be giving the tools needed to be successful in the very challenging world of motherhood? Today, we talk about how to raise a new generation of mothers in light of God’s creative design and plan for life in this world.

It is a scientific fact. Due to something called cytoplasmic RNA mom’s have a bit more genetic impact on little junior than does dad (sorry guys). And moms also play a huge role in the spiritual development of their children. Praise God for godly moms! Two thousand years ago a godly mom by the name of Eunice had a huge impact in the life of her son Timothy. Who was she and what did she do?
