Now What?
The truths about God's grace and forgiveness are worthless if not applied in one's life. After you receive this wonderful gift, now what? We need to keep the saving power of the cross in constant view in order to keep us safe. John the Baptist quotes Isaiah as he addresses the crowd coming to be baptized--"Make ready the way of the Lord." He then goes on to preach on repentance and the importance of showing fruits of that 180-degree turn in life. Whatever the issues might be that confront us, God's grace is always sufficient. Where He guides, He always provides.
