The End in Mind: A Study of 1 Thessalonians Today, most of us struggle with keeping a long-term perspective in our day-to-day life. We’ve all been influenced by a culture that thrives on the instant gratification of our most basic needs, from our sexual desires to our financial goals to our relationship hopes. At work, we face the temptation to sacrifice our integrity in order to speed our advance up the corporate ladder. At home, we struggle to align our time usage with our stated priorities because daily distractions take our eyes off the ball. Very few voices in our world compel us to consider the long-view of life, leading us to miss the brevity of our years and the eternal consequences of our actions. Come listen with us as we explore the penetrating wisdom of Scripture with the intent to live every day with the end in mind.
