Feasting with the Poor
In Luke 14:12-14 we see that Jesus does not call us to serve the poor in soup kitchens but to invite them into our homes. This massive call will leave us heart broken so our motivation must be the one who left his home, came to us while we were poor so that he could bring us to an eternal feast with him.
