Only One Love To Give
Evidence of the gospel's power in a person's life is found not only in the presence of things that were not formerly there, such as faith and hope, but also in the diminishing presence and elimination of things that don't belong. John writes in his first epistle that we are to not love the world or the things in the world (1 John 2:15-17). This message takes a look at what John meant, and why our love for God necessarily calls us to escape the idolatries that come with loving the things of this life.

It Will Happen Again - Revelation 13
Series: Preparing for What's Ahead (Part 4) – In this fourth sermon we will be returning to Revelation 13, this time with a considered look back at an important period in recent history that serves to show us that, even though we may struggle to believe what the Bible teaches us, the unimaginable and unthinkable will take place. Building upon the previous sermons in the series, you will learn not only what is going to occur, but also why. While the disclosures are disturbing and troubling, you will hear that God has provided faithful followers of the Lord Jesus Christ with certain promises and assurances that will encourage your heart and help you live in and through these difficult days.

An Invitation To Miracles
Jeremiah lived in tough times. His people had been taken captive. His message was totally rejected. He was incarcerated in the court of the prison at Jerusalem. Still Encouragement for God’s servant. A good word for the weeping prophet. Having reminded His beleaguered prophet of His mighty presence in V.2, God invites him to a life of miracles He invites Jeremiah to call on Him and He would answer. Moreover, in so doing, He would show him great and mighty things which he heretofore did not understand. FRIENDS – Although this promise was made to Jeremiah in his time of distress, the promise remains for God’s people to this day. In Christ, we can call upon God and He will answer and show us miraculous things, including things which we have not before understood. • At hand is one of the greatest promises in God’s Word to His people through the ages. IT IS PRAYER THAT BRINGS MIRACLES INTO OUR LIVES!

Patient Endurance
God had made a promise to Abraham. Even though it took several years, that promise was fulfilled. We often talk about the faith of Abraham and that is important. But in our text it says that after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. It often takes patient endurance along with faith to receive from God.

God's Promises: Pregnant with Reality
God makes wonderful and certain promises to His people, but these promises are pregnant with time, hardship and contradiction. They are meant to build Gospel-based trust into our hearts rather than serve as "holy credit cards" that get us what we want when we want it. God's promises don't keep us from hard times, they get us through hard times.
