Sermons About Relationship
Conflict and Commitment - Sustainable Marriages #1
What do you want for your marriage? Want some peace? Want to feel closer? We all want a marriage that works, but let's face it, things don't always go as smoothly as we'd like. When spouses aren't in synch, things can get crazy. How do you break the conflict cycle when it gets rolling? Studies show that communication is enormously significant in developing marital stability, so how do we grow in our talks with one another? We want to experience sexuality that is beautiful and God-designed for our enjoyment. We want to love more deeply at the end than we did at the beginning. We want to pass along a family heritage of love and respect to our children. Join us as we explore what God's Word says about making marriage last.

Jesus Reset Prayer
Prayer, simply defined... means communicating with God. Communication involves both talking and listening. But somewhere between the togas they wore back in Jesus' day and today, prayer somehow got bogged down with rules and formalities and mantra-like requirements. What's sad is that we've strayed so far away from what prayer started out to be about... relationship building.

Connecting to Life
We serve a God who believes in connection leading to relationship. So much, that he sent his one and only son to connect with us. This connection becomes a relationship filled with faith, hope and love leading to an abundant life.

No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service
We're now in the last part of our sermon series called RESERVATION. For every hotel you go to, there are certain policies that all the guests must observe. One of the usual rules would be: NO SHOES, NO SHIRT, NO SERVICE. The last issue under this theme is about not being good enough and not being worthy to receive God's favor. Satan will do his best to make you feel that you do not deserve a personal and intimate relationship with God. He will say, "You're not as good as you think you are; you don't deserve to be forgiven. Your God is good and you're not." But if you believe those words, then, you will become a victim of Satan's trap.

Freedom-Faith Relationships - Galatians #13
What makes the Christian faith like no other? The good news of God’s grace is the bold claim that we are accepted by God not because we “follow the rules” or “fit the mold” but because Jesus gave his own life to rescue us. But many of us are still trying to earn God’s love with our performance rather than living in the freedom that Jesus has provided for us. In Galatians, Paul warns against the danger of religious systems that value people on grounds of accomplishment or status or cultural agreement. These things lock away our freedom in the futility of legalism, moral superiority and cultural arrogance. Focusing on either the racial/ethnic/cultural superiority or the moral successes of good works denies the gospel and divides Jesus’ followers. Join us as we explore how God offers us true freedom in Jesus and how the freedom of Christ transforms our hearts, our minds and lives.

Foundation
What is worship? Is worship simply a show that we put on to impress other people and let them know how connected we are with God? Does worship involve more than just a few songs and a message? Should worship be more than just what happens here on Sunday morning? Where does healthy, biblical worship begin? What is its foundation? Worship's foundation is an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
