It's Time - Sermon (Contemporary)
Joel tells us that the sins of the community are the sins of the individual. We cannot expect our community or others to change unless we are willing to change. We are not to make God in our image, we are to be remade in God’s image.

Gospel-Driven Godliness and Church Leadership, Part 11
In 1:5-16, Paul explains why Titus’ appointment of qualified leadership (vv. 5-9) and opposition to unqualified leadership (vv. 10-16) in the Cretan churches is so important, namely because there are many false teachers in Crete turning people away from the centrality of the gospel (1:11, 14). In order to help Titus and the churches recognize and oppose ungodly leadership, Paul gives 12 characteristics of false teachers and 2 action steps to take in order to prevent them from harming the church.
The Path to Victory Travels through Personal Restoration
It's amazing how badly flawed all 11 of the remaining disciples where. Yet Jesus chooses the biggest failure of them all (apart from Judas Iscariot), Peter, to be responsible for the feeding of his church. Restoration is costly business, but when Jesus is involved, it's always worth it. This message looks at how Jesus does that with all of us and the truth that failure is never final with Him.
Spiritual Dryness
Pastor Jared deals with the problem of spiritual dryness. Some of the causes, but more importantly, the remedy!
God Renews Broken People
In Psalm 51 we are reminded that God renews broken people. King David had committed shocking sins and was confronted by the prophet Nathan. After hearing God's rebuke and judgment, David was utterly broken and in his brokenness he composed this Psalm. In it we see him cry out for God's mercy and depend on him to bring about restoration in his life so that he would once again live for the glory of God.
Joining God in the Renewal of All Things: Renew Our Cities/Love Your Neighbor (Luke 10:25-37)
How do we renew our cities? By learning what it means to be a neighbor. Jesus gives us a beautiful example of what renewal really looks like and the kind of investment it takes to truly answer the question, "What does it mean to be a neighbor?" Renewal takes effort, it takes commitment, and it's impossible to do well. It takes Jesus to show us what it means to be a neighbor, Jesus to fulfill the requirement to be a good neighbor and the Spirit to enable us to emulate His example.
