God Is ... Worthy
God is worthy. He is worthy of the highest value. He is worthy because of who He is and what He has done. Our response to God's worthiness is the realization that we are not worthy to be on the throne. We can respond and we can worship God.

From Tears to Rejoicing: Responding to the Word of God
As we study Nehemiah 8 we will take time to consider what it is about God that is able to move his people, the Israelites, from weeping to rejoicing and feasting. Life After the Storm
If we are going to reach out with the love of Jesus to the community around us we will not be able to avoid the topic of divorce. All of us have been affected either directly or indirectly by the breakdown of the family, and we desperately need to understand HOW to respond to a broken, hurting world. Unfortunately, a marriage failure often brings a "double whammy" in that there is first the very real pain of the breakup, and secondly, an equally great pain that the church does not know how to respond. May God give us grace to learn. Key Passage: Psalm 34:18

Are You Seeing Results?
Part 5 "Are you seeing results?" Romans 1:5-7 A true and growing Christianity is seen in its results. Every growing Christian must: 1. Remember the purpose of our deliverance. This declaration must be: * Shared with all people * Shared properly 3. Recognize the privileges that bring forth our delight. Our delight comes because: * We belong to God * We are beloved by God * We become saints * We are showered with His blessings

The Least Bit Worthy
Beneath the oak tree, the angel of God calls Gideon to become a warrior. Gideon--the least of the least both in his tribe and his family--and yet God chooses him and equips him for the task at hand. Though hesitant, Gideon accepts the call and we too must choose whether we will follow God's call. How will we respond? With excuses of insecurity and inadequacy? Or with willingness and trust?
