All of us need rest. The root of that lies in the pattern of creation that God established by working at creation six days and resting the seventh. Yet, our need for rest goes beyond just physical rest to rest for our souls. In this rest of God we are pointed toward the rest we all need, and who is the only one who can provide that rest.

Learning To Rest In Him
Melissa Quinn is a social worker setting up aftercare programs with International Justice Mission. Currently she is working in Rwanda after completing two years in India.
