Be Ready
Are you ready? When Christ returns, will the fruit of your life be a reflection of faithfulness or will you be found lacking? The reality is that there will be a time when it's too late to think about spiritual security and there will be those who hear the Savior say, "I do not know you". When should we begin preparing for the end? Now! Jesus tells us to be ready now because we do not know the day or the hour of His return. Are you willing to take a chance on eternity?

Joyful Mourning (Matthew 5:4)
The world defines blessedness, happiness, contentment, in the things of this world. However, it is it not the things of this world that account for true blessedness, but having the assurance of grace, forgiveness, joy, satisfaction, and a relationship with God in the next. This morning: The Weight and Response to the Call of Repentance: 1 - The Foundation of the Call: The Announcement of the Kingdom. 2 - The Response to the Call: Commitment and Confession.

Dying for the Return of Christ
Love toward others is an obligation that can never be fully paid. Following the example of Christ, who kept the law for us, we must love others so that we can be what God intended us to be. Paul reminds us that by looking for the return of Christ, we can put on the Lord Jesus Christ and learn to love as he did.
