Saintly Stewardship
Christian stewardship is "the free and joyous activity of God and God's family, the church, in managing all of life and life's resources for God's purposes." Saintly stewardship begins with the truth that we own nothing in this life. God is the Maker and Owner of heaven and earth - all that we are and have comes from God and belongs to God. In response to God's great love for us in Christ Jesus, our calling as God's redeemed people, his saints, is to manage faithfully what belongs to God so that He is glorified and the lives of others are blessed. Because we are God's beloved, his saints, we are truly blessed.

Following Christ -- Eph. 1:1-2
Paul, in his opening words of the letter, reveals His love for God, his love for the saints in Ephesus, and his desire for the blessings of God's grace and peace to be spread. This parallels the AJC Vision -- to love God, love others, and serve the world.
