Conquering Lamb
Today we're in Revelation 5 and looking at the conquering king of kings! The upside-down application, however, will give your head a spin. Instead of seeing the roaring "Lion of Judah" - we encounter "Mary's Little Lamb " carrying the scars of battle! What we discover in this text is a key to understanding the entire book, because it tells us not only how the lamb conquers, but how we can conquer too - and it may not be what you think! Torn Apart
Jesus' baptism marked him as God's chosen Servant to fulfill all righteousness, setting him on the path of servanthood that would lead to his coronation upon the cross. As the heavens were torn apart at Jesus' baptism, so when our lives are torn apart God enters into our brokenness and comes to us. By the grace given in that cleansing water of regeneration, we are declared God's beloved children. The tearing of the heavens which took place at Jesus' baptism would lead to another tearing on the day Jesus died. The curtain of the temple was torn in two and the separation between God and man was now bridged by Christ's atoning death.

“Well-Dyingâ€â€¦ involves a mock funeral, burial and rebirth…and is practiced in South Korea. The purpose behind it is to have participants reflect on their past with the hope that it will lead to a healthier, happier life. More than 50,000 people have participated since it started in 2004. Scripture offers a way for us to be "born again"... and have a healthier, happier life filled with hope... without having to endure a mock funeral and burial.

Nehemiah Finished? Not Really !! Part 2
Work is the main theme of Nehemiah. Work of rebuilding. God provides everything we need to build the church. We need to supply the work. When God is working on something worth building nothing can stop you. The passion of the kingdom is to reach the lost. The church is the santuary for the lost .Not a self centered place for saints.
