Christ invites us to three meals in this passage: the Passover, the meal of His body and His blood, and the heavenly feast to come. And our lives are called to live in response and in anticipation through our lives of service.
Judging books by their covers has become a national pastime of sorts for many. We put people not like us into a box and then shut the cover. They’re never able to crawl out because we aren’t willing to open the doors of our hearts to them. God’s Word teaches us that prejudice such as this grows out of personal pride (Esther 5:5-6). We put ourselves over others not because of what we know but because of what we don’t know.
Jesus would not let the demons speak. He did not want them announcing Him. Demons are bondage Jesus is freedom.
We serve an amazing God who always has his people on his mind because he cares for us. Our God is True, Faithful, Righteous and Just. We have a place to run, we have a place to hide. God Keeps His Promises.

As aliens and strangers we should be living differently. This should be obvious to the world around us. In what ways are we to be free to live and serve this world?
