In Pursuit of Holiness
In Pursuit Toward Holiness? How Then Shall We Live? (Hebrews 12:14) But just as He who called you is holy , so be holy in all you do; for it is written: “ Be holy, because I am holy.” (1 Peter 1:15, 16) We face four defining experiences in our pursuit toward holiness. “YBH” Yes, But How? 1. It’s according to our proximity to God’s presence that we encounter His holiness. (verse 1-4) 2. Coming to a crisis of brokenness releases His holy transformation to make us Christ-like. (verse 5) 3. Accept the awesome cal to be “set apart“ for God from that which is secular. (verse 6-7) 4. We can’t help but to be compelled to take on His holy action and make a difference in this sorry world. (verse 8-9)
