single… …the word carries many different connotations. For some it means freedom, while for others it is the source of great pain. Whatever the word may mean to us, St. Paul encourages us to look at this word from a different perspective. For many of us the question is not whether we should be single, but “are we so attached to our idea of how things should be that we lose perspective of what God may want for us?†So, if we want to be married, what if God wants us single? If we want to be single, what if God wants us married? In this spiritual talk Lee talks with a group of singles and begins to unpack some of these ideas God has on what it means to be…single.
