Pt. 7, Maintaining Momentum: The Growth Choice
This weekend Pastor Roberto spoke to us about the importance of having quiet time with the Lord. A lot of the time we are so busy because we just can't say no. We can't say no because we haven't said yes! Our schedules are often so full, but we forget our most important appointment...Prayer!

Pt. 4, Coming Clean: The Housecleaning Choice
This weekend Pastor Jeremy talked about being real rather than being religious. He refers to Matthew 5:8. To begin our spiritual housecleaning we need to recognize our weakness and reach out to God for his strength. He asks that we are pure and honest; not perfect! By being in God's word, praying, walking with the Holy Spirit and recognizing our weakness we can be close to God.

Room For More
God intends for His church to follow His Word, which includes that we would be together, sharing our lives with each other. When small groups are together, we can share a common excitement when God shows up, know that we are bound together through Jesus, have another avenue of praise and be used to bring other people to the Savior

The Final Conflict
The Bible tells of a terrible time on earth which is called the tribulation during which the spiritual forces of evil will be more active than ever in the history of the world. Satan will set up his unholy Trinity, the beast and the false prophet (Revelation 13; 16:13-14). Through "spiritual wickedness in high places" they will do signs, wonders, and deceive many. They will seek worship and condemn men with a special mark of ownership.

Groups (Doing Life Together)
We admit it. We have an agenda: we want you to join the church. All believers in Jesus in every time and place are members of the universal church, but committing to a local church is a vital part of the spiritual life for every Christ-follower. In our teaching series, CHURCH 101, we are taking several weeks to describe the foundational commitments of church membership. Our members are those who have accepted the mission of helping others become passionate followers of Jesus through the ministry and community of this church. Over the next few weeks, we will discuss what that means as we explore practically how we can live for Jesus as a part of His church.

Ground War
The Church is called to cultivate the roots of those gospel seeds in small groups- first in the soul, then with each other, then out into the community.

Benefits of Taking the Next Step
Small Group ministry can help us stay connected through the relationships that are formed. Small group involvement can be a blessing to ministry when members are praying for God's hand to move on the church. Participation in small group ministry can be the catalyst ot Kingdom growth.
