Spirit Fire Series Grieving the Spirit? Stop Sinning. Ephesians 4:17-32 Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. The Holy Spirit wants to birth “new creation”. (Genesis 1:1,2) 2. Where the Spirit is released there is freedom. (2 Corinthians 3:17) 3. The Spirit empowers a glorious transformation. Some people at conversion give themselves completely to God are totally immersed by the Holy Spirit. 2. Some people at conversion receive Jesus Christ but hold on to some areas of their life not willing to give themselves completely to God. 3. At a later time they give over every area of their life and experience the baptism of the Holy Spirit
