Finding our part in a group of people can be a challenging task. But it is never made harder than when we have an unrealistic expectation of who we are and what we can do. The body of Christ is made up of people who are supposed to be finding their spiritual gift and serving the body with it. But far too many in the church have too high an opinion of themselves. In Romans 12:3-8, Paul talks of how the transformed life of the living sacrifice has learned to think rightly about itself and uses its gifts in service to the body.
