Longing To Be Inspired
What if the radical wasn’t radical anymore? What if we lived in such a way that our faith, our things, and our power spoke more than we could ever say with words? Join us this week as Pastor Andrew walks us through the radical and inspirational message of John the Baptist.

Ecclesiastes 3:16 - 4:6
In Ecclesiastes 3:16-4:6, our friend Solomon seems to be speaking to our American culture of excess; we have everything under the sun. We have clean drinking water, High Definition TV, entertainment at our finger tips, and wealth (even our poor in American are wealthy compared to the rest of the world). Yet many of us find life meaningless. We see affluence and wickedness mingled together. How can we not have meaning in life when we have so much? Could it be that we have no meaning in life because we do not allow the Meaningful One to unify our lives under His Lordship? Join Pastor Derwin Gray as we continue our series "When It's All Said And Done."

Ecclesiastes 2 :12-26
King Solomon had spent his life pursuing wisdom, pleasure and his work. He is now at the end of his life and realizing that where he has invested his life, and how he has defined himself has not provided him the true satisfaction he so longed for. Come listen as King Solomon begins to reflect on where this true satisfaction is found.

Ecclesiastes 1:12-18
How can a man like Solomon who has everything 'under the sun' see life as meaningless? I think Solomon is speaking to the American Church; could it be that we too find life meaningless because we' have placed more value on chasing the American Dream instead of living life in the Kingdom of God? Join Pastor Derwin a few minutes into his message as he passionately tries to persuade the church to live in the Son of God instead of 'under the sun'.

Perspective
Life can be a bit difficult to interpret if we don’t have the right perspective. Too often we buy into secular humanist thinking that says we’re at the center of the universe and everything begins and ends with us. But we’re not and it doesn’t! Join us as we jump into the first part of our series in Ecclesiastes and discover that everything “under the sun” only reminds us how much life is not about what we do or what we have.

Jonah
God could have gone about engaging people in many different ways, but He’s chosen to use us. He’s chosen to use me and you to be conduits of grace, mercy, and love to others. Join us this week as we close the final chapter on the book of Jonah by embracing our call to our city.

Jonah 3
In spite of what many of us learned as kids, the giant fish is only a minor player in the book of Jonah. The real star of this book is God. God pursued Jonah despite his failure and God’s heart beats for the Ninevites despite their violent ways. Listen as Pastor Derrick takes a personal journey through Jonah chapter 3 to see the heart of God for people.

Jonah 1:4-17
The story of Jonah is more than a man getting swallowed by a freakishly large catfish or something. It's a story about God's missional heart to reach people that are disconnected from Him. Join Pastor Derwin as he teaches on Jonah 1:4-17.

Jonah 1:1-3
God was calling and Jonah was hearing, but it’s not good enough just to hear. What we do with what we’ve heard is essential. What do we do with our calling? What does it mean for us to be people on mission? Join us this week as Pastor Andrew parallels the call of Jonah to Nineveh and our call to our city.

SUFFERING
We all suffer don't we? And we've all asked the question: "Where's God?" when we suffer. That's a fair question . . . but is it the right question? Could it be that God is asking us a question in the midst of a suffering world? Join Pastor Derwin as he preaches a sermon entitled "Sufferring: Could Be That We Are Asking The Wrong Question?"

HAPPINESS
The pursuit of happiness. We’re all looking for it, but what is “it?” What is it in this life that will truly make us happy? Better yet, what is true happiness? It can seem so confusing and difficult when all we hear is happiness is one more purchase away. Join us this week as Pastor Andrew takes us on a journey to discover true happiness.

TRUST
The world around us tells us that we can’t trust anyone, and our newspapers are full of headlines to backup that conclusion. We can find ourselves being afraid to trust and living in a self imposed isolation and separation. Join Pastor Derrick as he explores the Bible’s alternative perspective on trust and how that should shape our lives and relationships with those around us.

WORDS
Have you ever thought about the power of the words we speak to one another? Words can tear down or build up. Our words are indicators of what is buried in our hearts. Jesus, the Great Heart Surgeon wants to give us a new heart so we can speak His language . . . the language of love. Join Pastor Derwin as teaches on the power of words.

LOVE
It's hard enough just to like some people and yet God has called us to love people. To love fully requires us to set our gaze on the One who is perfect love Himself. Even though culture has aided in marring the beauty of God's love, through Jesus we can know, experience, and give love as He brings us out of the gray to discover the vibrancy of love in and through Him.

Vision...Apprehending the heart of God
God has called His people into a radical pursuit of Himself. Being the church requires that we throw off fear, apprehension, and doubt and follow the leading of God in obedience and willful abandon. Join us as we talk about where God’s leading this expression of His church…theGathering.

In Case We've Forgotten
God, through Paul wants us to get it! Get what? God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, want Christ-followers to grasp and experience that the Christian life is about grace; it is about Jesus having His beautiful way in us and through us." Join D. Gray as he journeys through Galatians 6:11-18.

Lover and a Fighter
We are people of extremes. One of the hardest things for any person to do is live balanced. Either we think everything is dependent upon us or we expect everything to be done for us. Unfortunately, we have overlaid this life of extremes on our faith, thinking it is up to us to keep God happy or just sitting around waiting for the heaven bus to pick us up. Instead our faith is a symphonic harmony of our loving response to the work of Jesus.

Freed By Faith To Love
The Ten Commandments (The Law) demands that we love God and neighbor; the only problem is that the Law cannot empower us to do it and then it condemns us when we fail to measure up. Grace on the other hand, not only demands that we love God and neighbor, it also supplies us with the power to do it! In this teaching, experience how Jesus sets us free to love.
