God Cares and Prepares Leaders: Lions, Goliath and Bears, Oh My!
When God calls and anoints leaders, he doesn't leave them to their own skills and devices. God prepares us to fight giants by fighting the giants we've set up ourselves. Hope in Weakness (Romans 8:26-27)
We are weak -- we are weak because of our sin, but we are also weak simply because we are limited, dependent, finite creatures. This weakness reveals itself in our prayers, as well. Nehemiah "Building Lives" Part 3
We need to be specific in asking and meeting vows to God. Much of what we do is for market reasons over what God has told us.The question isn't will this relation work. But will this relationship enjoy all the blessings God has for us. Christianity is not for the weak. But is easier than serving in the world.
