Sermons About Wedding
Oneness
Let’s review. Building a marriage is like building a castle. Castles provide protection for the occupants inside. Our final wall is built as a man and woman “are united into one.” In the area of intimacy and connection we are asking the questions of how God sees sex and oneness and if there is a way to maximize intimacy in our marriage relationship (present or future).

Leaving Mommy or Daddy’s Castle
Building a marriage is like building a castle. Castles provide protection for the occupants inside. What are the four walls for building a castle that will provide safety for a husband and wife to build intimacy and oneness? What does it mean when we try to make a castle work with only two or three walls? Our second wall we put in place is is thru “leaving mom and dad.”

John 2:1-11 - This is Jesus: The Good Wine, Kept Until Now
Jesus did everything necessary to bring his people the blessings of the coming Kingdom. He lived a life of perfect holiness, fulfilling the Law’s demand of righteousness. He died a curse on the cross beneath the wrath of God, satisfying the Law’s demand for justice. He was raised from the dead, conquering the grave, for our justification. Our salvation is not found in our efforts or in our obedience. Rather, our salvation is found in the one who lived and died and rose again for us. Our response is not to run back to the shadow of the Law and try harder to justify ourselves. Rather, we must run to Christ, and trust that all that we need is provided by Him and that through him we shall enjoy the abundance of the Kingdom of God.

You're Invited
The parable we're looking at this weekend is one of the last few Jesus told in the days just before His crucifixion. The atmosphere around Jerusalem is charged with tension as the confrontations between Jesus and the religious leaders of the day grow more heated. Matthew 22:45 tells us that they KNEW Jesus was talking about them! And so they were determined to destroy Him. Jesus gives them one more story ... one more invitation. In a long series of invitations that has begun with the prophets, we are invited to the king's house! The preparations have been made, the table is spread, the celebration is about to begin - and we're all invited - just one item remains - my "RSVP" - your "RSVP". The King waits for a response! Key Passage: Matthew 22:1-14
