Do You Hear What I Hear?
Life can get so loud that you can’t hear God’s voice. He is ever present in your life and yet there are times when you don’t realize it. The prophet Elijah ran for his life and hid in a cave—completely oblivious to God’s presence. It was only after God sent the wind, earthquake and fire that Elijah was ready to listen—to the gentle breeze. Many times God will allow obstacles and difficulties to come your way just to get your attention. The next time disaster strikes and life gets rough, pay attention. God might be speaking to you.
