Biblical Growh Enhancement
As we drink the “sincere milk of God’s Word” (v. 2) we enhance the growth process that takes place in our lives. We grow in our understanding and realization of God’s purpose for our lives and experience a fulfillment that comes from “participating” (II Peter 1:4) in the very life of Christ.

They Believed
As we see the women come to the tomb in John 20 it begins a flow of events that encompass a week as Jesus reveals Himself to His disciples. In the course of this time they realize that God had spoken of these events before hand through the Scriptures and through Jesus' own words to the disciples. It was when their experience was corroborated by the Word of God that faith became real. It is so important to realize this even for us as 21st century believers. Our faith must be what God says it must be. Faith in our faith is worthless, faith in God's Word is what saves.

Scholarship From The Word
Whereas earlier paragraphs of this monumental Psalm were dark and overcast, the clouds surely had broken and the sunlight of God’s blessings is evident in these verses. In this passage we are going to see David proclaim His love for the Word of God. The love which David had for the Word of God poured forth from His lips. He cried out in prayer to God his love thereof: 1) It reveals to us the meaning and the purpose of life.; 2) It shows us the way of eternal salvation; 3) It prepares us to deal with every situation that we might find ourselves in

The established Word
In the storms of life – circumstances change – and they often change rapidly. Charles Spurgeon wrote: “After tossing about on a sea of trouble the psalmist here leaps to shore and stands upon a rock. Jehovah’s Word is not fickle nor uncertain; it is settled, determined, fixed, sure, immovable.” This section of Psalm 119 focuses on the endurance of God's Holy Word. The Word of God withstands all and still stands.

Act(s) VIII - Scene I, II, III
Acts chapter 8 begins to bring into focus the heart of the matter which the Father was after with the outpouring of His Holy Spirit and the developing of community in the early church. The scattering of the church precipitated a vast spreading of the good news of the Lord Jesus. As the work of God is not done by groups, but rather by individuals, we see Philip's response to the move of God and how we can follow his example.
