Sermons About Yes
Standing on the Promises of God
All of God's promises are yes in Christ. He has promised us that he is faithful, he has promised us that he will never leave us, God has promised us that he will take care of our needs, God has promised us an Eternal home. These promises are for you. Are you living his promises?

Just Say Yes
This teaching raises an issue that gets in the way of our experiencing the life God has for us. When we say "yes" to God in Christ, we sometimes think that's it, we're all set. The reality is, however, that in our past, we have already said "yes" to many things. Until we discover those, we'll struggle to experience much beyond our present life.

I Can Do The Extraordinary
With the goal of allowing the power of God to help us be the people He calls us to be, I have to believe Him when He says it can be done. I can do what seems impossible and impractical by the impact of God in my life. When we say "Yes I Can" to God, He can use us to calm the storms in the disturbed waters of life.

God's Good All Ways
Our greatest weaknesses are God’s greatest opportunities… if we will trust him. The points of our greatest weaknesses are the points where God has his greatest opportunities to demonstrate his power…if we will demonstrate faith. We all have a tendency to measure God’s goodness, mercy, and interest in our lives according to what we see, feel, and experience. But it takes more faith to endure a no from God than to acquire a yes.

Facade
A.W. Tozer, in his book, The Pursuit of God shared this prayer: "Lord, I would trust You completely; I would be altogether Yours; I would exalt You above all. I desire that I may feel no sense of possessing anything outside of You. I want constantly to be aware of Your overshadowing Presence and to hear Your speaking Voice. I long to live in restful sincerity of heart. I want to live so fully in the Spirit that all my thought may be as sweet incense ascending to You and every act of my life may be an act of worship. Therefore I pray in the words of Your great servant of old, ‘I beseech You so for to cleanse the intent of mine heart with the unspeakable gift of Your grace, that I may perfectly love You and worthily praise You.’ And all this I conï¬ dently believe You will grant me through the merits of Jesus Christ Your Son. Amen." Key Passage: Matthew 5:33-37

No
As we see the real essence and power of saying no, we see that it isn’t just about limiting our options; no is all about freeing us up to say an even bigger and better yes.
