ThIngs From The Worm We Can Learn From: - We are insignificant compared to God - Christ was willing become as lowly as us - Christians will scorned by the world - Illustrates great hope for the Christians
Job Teaches us about faithfulness in the midst of personal darkness. He teaches us that even when we cannot find God, God never abandons us. It is God that sustains us. God sent Jesus Christ into this dark world to be light. Jesus is the light in our personal darkness.
There are times when we desperately need God to help us and yet he remains hidden. What is God trying to accomplish during these seasons of confusion and how should we respond to his silence?
Many tragic events unfold in our world that can cause us to question God. Does he see? Does he care? Does he even exist? These questions are understandable. But the Bible does have an answer. Yes, God sees. Yes, he cares. Yes, he has a plan. Just as God was aware of Israel's plight in Egypt and was moving them toward freedom, so he continues to be involved in our affairs—moving history toward the fulfillment of his plan.
