Its SUNDAY - Christ Followers Have Never Been the Same
Late Friday afternoon Joseph, with the help of Nicodemus, took the body of Jesus down from the cross and placed it in his family tomb. On Sunday, before sunrise, there was an earthquake during which two angels came and rolled back the stone. At day break on Sunday morning the women brought spices and discovering the empty tomb notified Peter and John. (Also many saints who had died were seen alive in Jerusalem on their way to heaven) That very day a series of Jesus appearances began to happen which stretched over the next 40 days with indisputable evidence that Jesus Christ had risen indeed from the dead.
