Response to bad circumstances - Paul’s support had fallen off – V-10 - How do most people respond? Bitterness – Luke 10:38-42 Heaviness – Psalm 102 Selfishness – 1 Kings 19:10 What is the correct response? - Contentment – Verse 11 - We learn contentment when we learn our faith, receive it and live it. - Rely on God – 1 Thessalonians 5:23 - Be still – Psalm 46:10 - Be confident – V-13 - No need to be confident about everything…just whatever comes your way! Our God loves us and is in control – even of our circumstances!
