More than 20 years ago the Director of Britain’s National Association of Mental health identified stress as "the fastest growing disease in the Western world." This week, which is Mental Health Week, the Canadian Mental Health Association released a report that identified the enormous impact stress, burn out and depression are having in the workplace. This makes Jesus’ teaching on worry incredibly relevant!
