I.  We Need Help With Life Outside Of Ourselves.

    A.  This song raises the question of the wellspring 
          of any available help.  Psalm 121:1    

     B.  God is identified as the source of our help.
          Psalm 121:1-2

II.  What  Qualifies God As Life's Most Able Help?

    A.  The nature of God positions Him as Supreme
          Helper.  Psalm 121:2-4    

     B.  God exercises great watch care over
          His children.    Psalm 121:5-8

III.  But What Of Harm And Foot-Slipping?
          Psalm 121:3, 6 

    A.  God's own are kept from countless unseen calamities.

    B.  Jesus' care is most intense in circumstances that we
          remember as most harmful.        

    C.  The adequacy of God delivers us through the distress.
