Is the gospel about personal forgiveness of personal sin, or is it about the corporate restoration of the entire cosmos? Christians have lined up on both sides, ready to argue their case, but have failed to see what’s really at stake in this discussion. In this sermon, we will see that our longing for transcendence and our desire for restoration are ultimately met in the same way.
