I beleive that with out study there can never be growth and developmen in the church.



By study i dont just mean reading,one can study a people,he can also study a town and of cause the word.IN the church the PASTOR should be very good in study, not just the word, but his congrigation. This study should be as regular as posible NOTE the word regularly.This is because study leads to the folowing:

1.KNOWLEDGE:a Pastor should try as much as posible to know his sheep as closely as posible, as with out this he can not acompish the task. JESUS said i know my sheepand my sheep know me,He again said be ye followers of me, as Iam of the FATHER, Why should we follow him? This is because he is the good shepard.

2.UNDERSTANDING:The BIBLE say in proverbs { Understanding is the foundation to life}The life that should be in the church.Again a Pastor can not understand his church with out knowing his church.

3.IDEAS:study leads to knowledge and knowledge leads to understanding,understanding leads to ideas and ideas rule the WORLD. GOD intends for us to rule our world.

RTEMEMER I said as regular as posible. people change as they get new knowledge. so he should be up to date.as he gives them the new knowledge they should have.
