Run Into The Tower

“RUN INTO THE TOWER!” (Ruts) - What do you do when you feel overwhelmed and overburdened by life? Who, or what, do you turn to? Is there a place of “ultimate safety”? Often we don't know what's available to us even though it's there and readily available. (Hosea 4:6) It is a mistake for us to trust in human strength. The only real protection or shelter for us is Yahweh. When the storms of life threaten us, the Lord is our refuge; God wants to take us to a Height Above the Storm. How do we get there? What do we do? Find out. “God is a refuge for us from those things that seek to crush us or to hold us down, or from those who have us bound up in fear, torment, or whatever.” (Ps 9.9-10, Hebrew paraphrase) “The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the [consistently] righteous man [upright and in right standing with God] runs into it and is safe, high [above evil] and strong.” (Pro. 18:10, Amp.)

If You Have Faith... You Will Say

IF YOU HAVE FAITH… YOU WILL SAY (Healing School) - How are your words? Are they full of faith - or full of unbelief? Are they producing life - or death? Are they releasing faith - or fear? No one less than Jesus, the “author and finisher of our faith,” said, “If you have faith… you will say…” (Heb. 12:2; Lk. 17:5-6; Mt 17.20; 21:21; Mk. 11:24) How important are your words when it comes to operating in, and releasing, the God-kind of faith? The truth is, much, much more important than the majority of Christians realize (or practice). Scripture tells us that “death and life” are in the “power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” (Pro. 18:21) Find out more! It can change your life! "Words kill, words give life; they're either poison or fruit--you choose." (Pro. 18:21, The Message)

I Will Set You On High!

“I WILL SET YOU ON HIGH!” (Sagab) - Is there a place of ultimate safety? Often we don't know what's available to us even though it's there and readily available. Or, we do not know how things work and - although we are fully sincere - we miss out on God’s best. (Hosea 4:6) God wants to be a refuge for us from those things that seek to crush us or to hold us down, or from those who have us bound up in fear, torment, or whatever. He wants to take us to a “height above the storm”! The Lord also will be a refuge and a high tower for the oppressed, a refuge and a stronghold in times of trouble (high cost, destitution, and desperation)… The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the [consistently] righteous man [upright and in right standing with God] runs into it and is safe, high [above evil] and strong. (Psalm 9:9; Pro. 18:10, Amp.) “The meaning of sagab, “refuge, safe” does not only give a picture of God surrounding us and protecting us, but also of Him lifting us up and carrying us away from all the problems and stresses that have us bound.” (Hebrew Word Study)
