West Gorham Union Church, NACCC
To make Christ known through worship, study, and guidance by the Holy Spirit. We join with other believers in declaring Christ as Lord of the church and one's life. We believe in the freedom of the individual to formulate a statement of faith through prayer, study of the Bible, and the Holy Spirit's leading. We believe in the complete autonomy of the local church and free from any judicatory proclamations. Our polity is based on the Congregational Way. The church is subject to the will of its members. We observe two sacraments, baptism and holy communion. Fellowship with local churches of like faith is stressed, and we believe in working with local churches to provide a better community life.
