Acts 3 Green Light
Peter and John had the green light to minister because they were men or preparation, humility, sensitivity, and purity. They were connected to Jesus and their only desire was to be used by the Lord. We too are created for connection with God but often times we need times of refreshing which comes from repentance as we try to connect with empty things instead of Jesus. The Holy Spirit relates to us in 3 ways. With us, in us, and upon us. This teaching explores these relationships we can have with the Holy Spirit.

Acts 2 Living In Reality
The early church was made up of people who had repented and our study shows us what they spent their time doing. They devoted themselves it tells us to the apostles doctrine and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and prayers. As a result fear and awe came upon them all. They were living for the Kingdom of God. Many believers are so frustrated because they are trying to apply the promises of God to a secular humanistic worldview. In other words...Jesus make my life look like Joel Olsteen's smile. Jesus does not promise us a smooth path of life but He does promise us the power to make it through while glorifying Him. The early church did not have a smooth path at all.
