Easter is the pinnacle of the Christian calendar and the centerpiece of the Christian faith. In the resurrection of Jesus Christ the announcement of hope rang through loud and clear! This is the first day of a "new creation" - was Jesus' cry! What was old is being made new; what was broken is being restored; where sin had marred, grace renewed. Bottom line... the resurrection is the starting point for something new!
